Launch status

The collection is public for review. Server-side checkout and fulfillment switches are locked. No customer payment or garment order can currently start.

Live checkout stays off until the exposed Stripe credential is rotated and the fulfillment provider, billing, webhook, replacement process, support channel, and final terms pass an end-to-end order test.

Shipping

The planned launch area is the United States only. The planned shipping charge is a flat $5 per order.

Each garment is made to order. Allow 2 to 5 business days for production before carrier pickup. Carrier delivery time begins after production and varies by destination.

Returns and replacements

Each garment is made to order in the law and size selected. The planned policy does not accept change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items will require the order number and clear photographs. Final reporting windows, carrier-loss treatment, and refund or replacement rules will be published before live checkout opens.

Privacy

When passwordless account access is enabled, CROWSALT collects the email you submit, email-verification and session records, and a customer-safe order history. That information is used to authenticate you, attach paid orders to the verified checkout email, show fulfillment status, prevent abuse, and provide order support. CROWSALT does not sell this information.

Cloudflare serves and secures the site and stores the minimal account and order ledger. Resend may deliver transactional sign-in email. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment and delivery details. The selected print-on-demand provider receives the order and shipping details needed to make and deliver a garment. Information is disclosed to those processors through encrypted service connections only for those functions.

CROWSALT does not receive or store full card numbers. Session credentials use secure, HttpOnly cookies; login links are short-lived and single-use; private responses are marked no-store; and order access is restricted to the authenticated user attached to the verified email. No security measure eliminates all risk.

Expired login and session records are scheduled for deletion. Account data is retained only while needed to provide access, prevent fraud, or meet support, tax, accounting, and legal obligations; transaction records may be retained after account access is removed where required. A final retention schedule, deletion request method, support contact, and any required state disclosures will be published before live commerce opens.

Site terms

The artwork, book material, product copy, and CROWSALT identity are protected works. Viewing the site does not grant a license to copy, reproduce, resell, or train on them.

Because checkout is disabled, reviewing a garment or choosing a law does not create a purchase contract, charge, shipment, or claim to inventory.
